Ingredients
2 stalks of celery, cut into pieces
1/2 red capsium, slices into pieces
1/2 yellow capsium, sliced into pieces
1 tomato, sliced into cubes
200 g pork slices.
1 cup water
1 cube of Knorr vegatable stock cube.
a pinch of salt
a pinch of pepper.
1 tablespoon of oil
1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
Time taken: 20 mins
Directions:
1. Marinate the pork with salt, pepper and soy sauce.
2. In a wok, add the oil and turn fire to high.
3. Fry the pork for 3 mins, ensuring that the pork is cooked.
4. Add the water and Knorr Vegetable stock cube - ensuring that the vegatable stock cube dissolve in the water.
5. Add the celery, red and yellow capsium and tomatoes into the wok and stir fry for 3 mins.
6. Serve hot.
